Confirmed Service Customer
I made the appointment on the app and said I marked I’d be waiting for my vehicle, when I received a call I told them I would be waiting for my vehicle, when I pulled up and my service advisor came out I told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. So that’s 3 times I made sure they knew I’d be waiting for my vehicle. I arrived 20 mins early to my appointment so regardless I figured at least an hour wait for my oil change and 7500 mile inspection after over an hour and half of waiting I went to the desk to ask how much longer, the girl at the front desk was like oh sorry did you leave and come back your truck has been ready. No phone call, no text, no come into the waiting room to see if I was there. On top of that I get done at the cashier and my truck was parked in lot D and they you may just have to go find it. This was my first experience after buying my truck from RK with your service department and I will not be back.
