The service manager Jake called me after last service which I left an unsatisfactory comment. He told me to come in and if the company was in the wrong, the company would reimburse me. I decided to give RK another try. This time the experience is excellent overall.

Great folks, Malcolm very receptive to all my questions, concerns and phone cars. Asset to RK! Chris and Bland great to deal with in offering me what I asked for and what I needed. However, have a very difficult time wondering why it’s taken to long to receive caliper plates once correct ones order! Also difficult time in trying to get a simple answer to price on wheel/tire coverage.

I made the appointment on the app and said I marked I’d be waiting for my vehicle, when I received a call I told them I would be waiting for my vehicle, when I pulled up and my service advisor came out I told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. So that’s 3 times I made sure they knew I’d be waiting for my vehicle. I arrived 20 mins early to my appointment so regardless I figured at least an hour wait for my oil change and 7500 mile inspection after over an hour and half of waiting I went to the desk to ask how much longer, the girl at the front desk was like oh sorry did you leave and come back your truck has been ready. No phone call, no text, no come into the waiting room to see if I was there. On top of that I get done at the cashier and my truck was parked in lot D and they you may just have to go find it. This was my first experience after buying my truck from RK with your service department and I will not be back.

Peter was my RK Chevrolet Service advisor and he preformed exceptional. He was clear and concise and advised me on the vehicle history after looking it up. Very attentive and present with the service. Called me and kept me updated on everything. It was a pleasure working with Peter and a good experience at RK Chevrolet. Keep up the customer service and I will be coming back and in the near future purchasing a new vehicle. Great job!

Even though I was not happy about having to replace two sensors (costly), it was done relatively quickly and I was kept informed. While I was there I also got an oil change and tire rotation. Very professional.
