My original service advisor didnt keep me updated at all, i was not told how much i would be charged daily for the use of a rental. No one called to ask for more details about my trucks issues. Only after i called and got Peter was i able to speak to what was happening. He was great, but The other advisor i was assigned failed tremendously. If i had know. The cost of the rental i would have declined immediately. Instead i paid over $200. And still i have no answers as to why my truck some days wont start

Everything was great....everyone was nice and courteous. I like coming here and have always maintained only two entities work on my truck...RK Chevrolet and me. Unfortunately, the price of oil changes went from 60 dollars to 100 dollars. Hate to say it but I am guessing I will be doing a little more work on the truck unless the problem is too far out of my ability to correct. That 40 dollar jump was a bit of a shock.

We had a Tahoe air conditioning issue and DJ and the Maintenance team did a wonderful job troubleshooting, repairing and coordinating with the warranty folks. I was kept in close contact on timing and expectations, and in the end it all worked very well many thanks Jim

Our salesman Malcom was awesome and very helpful as well as the sales manager Chris. They were knowledgeable and understood the situation we were in when looking for a new vehicle. Everything was a pleasure until the finance manager. She was a bit pushy and not very helpful and made the situation for me stressful. There was a mistake made that was not caught until a few days after we left (but we know mistakes can happen). When asked to come in and sign the paperwork again I mentioned that we were unable to make it in that day but would be able to be in in two days. I received a phone call at work with her in the background being extremely unpleasant and unprofessional about myself and my husband coming in. Bottom line is we were unavailable and it was made clear during the first phone call when we could make it in. Everyone was fantastic but the finance manager, her customer service is less than desirable and can ruin someone’s good day. Over all I would recommend Malcom or any of the salesmen and Chris because they’re wonderful and the dealership has a wide selection of suvs and trucks to choose from.

RK Chevy service department is quick, convenient, and the prices are very competitive. Additionally, I appreciate that I can make an appointment by text. The service agents are always so polite and welcoming. I also really like that I don't have to worry about surprise charges.

I brought my car in mainly because the radio button was missing and to get an oil change. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I asked what the plan was for radio button. The service writer said well they didn’t look at that and you will have to make an appointment to come back and have it looked at. I became furious because that was the whole reason for the truck being brought in for the appointment. There excuse was that one of the writers took it off the ticket so the tech didn’t look at it. Completely unacceptable to be told to have to come back again without them even looking at and knowing I would have to wait even longer for them to order the parts when they finally get around to looking at the radio. I really don’t plan to use this service department again unless completely necessary.
