The service manager was absolutely the best I’ve dealt with . I did meet my mechanic and I believe he really took care of my cat as if it was his own . Iam not a dealer service guy but I had a great experience. Your personal made a difference

I arrived to my 830am service appointment just five minutes late. Upon arrival, I pulled into the Customer Service client pull up bay (the middle isle). A service rep was already assisting the customer in front of me. Once he finished, he drove the customer's off into the service parking lot. I then proceeded to pull my vehicle up to the front of the bay area. I noticed a Customer Service rep, whom I believe to be named, Peter (middle aged with brown hair) address the vehicle behind me, and then walk over to the first isle to assist the vehicle to my left. Peter never addressed me, informed me that someone else would be by to assist me, or even the obvious - assisted me himself. I was then assisted by Steve, who provided Excellent customer service! I shared my experience with the Manager on duty, DJ. DJ was very inquisitive of the situation to gain an understanding of what happened and stated that he would address the concern with Peter. In my opinion, the onset of what was experienced was a poor representation of RK Chevrolete, the customer service department and Peter. It is not in best interest of the customer to have to wonder what is taking place and why the service rep is being dismissive and ignored. I do appreciate the service from Steve and the intention from DJ to understand what happened. It's important to provide feedback from the customer perspective and experience.

One service I had was alignment. Driving home I realized I had to turn my steering wheel to the left to drive straight. So I had to take time off work, again, to take my vehicle back again. I also had to call to see if it was ready as no one called me to tell me my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
