Things were okay. Wait times were waaaayyy too long. Over five hours at the dealership. The whole day is wasted sitting and doing nothing.

On the steering wheel retrofit, the new steering wheel is not centered like the original. When driving straight, the steering wheel is at about the 11:00 position. I will need to schedule having this corrected. I'm wondering if this can be done with a front end alignment or if the steering wheel will need to be removed and reinstalled. Gary

While in for a recall service, my service technician recommended three additional services. When he called to advise my recall service was complete I agreed to two of the three recommended services, and was advised the additional services could be completed that day and my vehicle would be available to be picked up that evening. I never received another phone call advising of status. When I called to ask about status, I was advised the services were NOT complete.
